We always try to provide the best service possible, but there may be a time when you feel that this has not happened.

If you have a complaint or concern about the service your have received from us please let us know.  We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints.  Our complaints system meets national criteria.

Please contact the surgery if you request a leaflet on our Practice Complaints Procedure and we will forward one to you.
