All medication(s) for our dispensing patients will be ready for collection 48 hours after the request is received, Monday - Friday.
Please note: online request sent after 5:30 pm on Friday and before 8:00 am on Monday will not be processed until Monday and therefore not ready for collection until Tuesday after 3:00 pm.
All patients on regular repeat medication should have a medication check with the doctor or nurse at least annually, but in some cases more frequently. This is not only good medical practice but it is for your own safety. Please ensure that you make an appointment for a medication check before your review date exxpires. Your review date can be found on the right hand side of your prescription next to the name of your medication.
Please do not let your medication run out - remember your medication is your responsibility.
