Appointments
Who do I see?
GP appointments
Please be aware that you will no longer be able to book an appointment for a GP through the NHS app or by calling reception. All appointments, routine and urgent, are a result of a completed patient triage (online consultation) For our vulnerable patients that do not have internet access, reception will be able to fill this out over the phone or in person.
Cancelling your appointment
Please make every effort to keep your appointment. If you are unable to make it, please cancel it as soon as possible, using one of the methods below, so that it can be reallocated to another patient in need. Your help will avoid a significant waste of NHS resources and is much appreciated.
Alternatively, you can follow the instructions on your appointment reminder text and reply, to cancel an appointment.
Cancel your appointmentExtended Access
Every week, we provide late Nurse and GP appointments up until 20:00 and we provide a weekend clinic almost every month.
If you would like an Extended Access appointment with a GP, please do mention this when filling out a Patient Triage.
Home Visits
We request that every effort is made to attend the practice as more comprehensive care can be given in a clinical setting. Home visits are available and are made at the discretion of the GP. If you request a home visit, one of our GPs will discuss your condition with you further and arrange for you to be seen.
Please try to call the practice before 10am to schedule a home visit.
